Celebrating Our Apprentices: A Milestone in Workforce Development

We are thrilled to announce the graduation of our apprentices from the 2Unique Workforce Development Specialists Registered Apprenticeship Program. Each participant has successfully completed 144 hours of rigorous training in various industries, including Workforce Development Specialists, Lean Six Sigma, SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Essentials, CAPM (Certificate of Associate in Project Management), and Animal Care Worker/Dog Grooming.

Our graduates' hard work and dedication have culminated in this significant achievement, and we couldn't be prouder of their commitment to advancing their careers.

Heartfelt Thanks to Our Partners and Facilitators

This accomplishment would not have been possible without the support and collaboration of our incredible partners and facilitators. We extend a special thank you to everyone who attended and celebrated with us, as well as those who supported us from afar:

  • Dr. Derek Henson, Malinda Tyson, and Belinda Fisher-Hale from The Henson Consortium and HR Solutions and Consulting.

  • Glamour Grooming Elite Academy.

  • Our external partners Hope House Memphis, Jessica Griggs, and Erica Powell.

  • The University of Memphis GROWWTH initiative team, including Sherhunda Gentry, Tiffany Lewis and Keiva Irving.

  • West TN State Apprenticeship Director Roderick Woody, who surprised us with his presence.

  • Our amazing photographer Marlon Gentry, who captured this memorable event beautifully.

The Power of Community

At 2Unique, we believe that it takes a village to empower individuals on their journey to career success. The collaborative efforts of our partners, facilitators, and supporters have made it possible for our apprentices to gain valuable skills and knowledge, setting them on the path to a bright and successful future.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey. We look forward to continuing our work together to create more opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
