Empowering Future Leaders: Our CAPM Cohort at 2Unique

We’re thrilled to share the excitement surrounding our Certificate of Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) cohort as part of the 2Unique Workforce Development Specialist Registered Apprenticeship Program!

Today’s session was filled with energy, inspiration, and forward-thinking as our students took another big step toward becoming future Project Management Professionals (PMPs). We extend a special thank you to Dr. Cherlyn Conner, our esteemed CAPM instructor, for your unwavering excellence and commitment to delivering world-class training. Your leadership is helping shape confident, capable professionals ready to take on complex projects and lead with purpose.

What makes this cohort even more powerful is that many of our students are on track to receive dual certifications—combining the globally recognized Lean Six Sigma credential with CAPM certification. This unique combination equips them with both the analytical tools and the leadership strategies needed in today’s evolving workforce.

At 2Unique, we believe in creating pathways to purpose, and this CAPM cohort is a shining example of that mission in action.

Stay tuned as we continue to highlight the incredible journeys of our apprentices!
