Congratulations to Our Culinary Apprentices! We are overjoyed to announce that Jasmine Swilley and Shannetria Newberry, participants in the 2Unique Community Salvation Foundation 2Unique Workforce Development Specialist Registered Apprenticeship Program (Culinary), have successfully graduated on Saturday, December 7, 2024! these two trailblazing apprentices earned dual certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and ServSafe Certification.
Their journey to success has been nothing short of extraordinary. After completing a 20-week pre-apprenticeship training, Jasmine and Shannetria secured interviews and catering gigs for hands-on training employment, paving the way for their 14week Registered Apprenticeship.
This milestone is a testament to their resilience, determination, and ability to overcome challenges. It also highlights the power of community and teamwork, as we stand together and support each apprentice in reaching their goals.
