2Unique Community Salvation Foundation and Westwood JAG-TN hosted Apprenticeship Fair at Westwood High School. This event connected students and parents with local apprenticeship and career training programs to help shape their future workforce opportunities.
This event aimed to highlight apprenticeship opportunities for students and the broader community, showcasing pathways to career development and workforce readiness.
The Apprenticeship Fair introduced students to diverse industries, including:
HVAC/Electrician
Autobody Collision & Repair
3D Construction & Advanced Robotics Manufacturing
Certified Remote Drone Pilot (FAA-107)
Carpentry
Workforce Development (SHRM Essentials, Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt, Certificate of Associate in Project Management)
Pet Grooming
Culinary Arts
Musician & Artist Development
Healthcare
CDL Training
Real Estate
Cosmetology & Barbering
Emergency 911 Operators and more!
The Apprenticeship Fair featured participation from top training providers, including 2Unique Community Salvation Foundation, Project Management Institute, Temperature Control Institute, American Job Center, Heal the Hood Foundation of Memphis, Universal Achievers Foundation, Family Man Enterprises, Troo’ Alternatives Community Development Corporation, Professional Allied Healthcare, Class A Driving Academy, Binghampton Development Corporation, GPM Drones, City of Memphis, Fluffy Pawz Pet Center & Spa Services and Mid-South Cosmetology & Barber Association. These organizations are dedicated to equipping students with the skills and certifications necessary to succeed in high-demand career fields.
